Fatal Cyclewear Returns, Exchanges & Preorders Policy

We want every customer to know exactly what to expect before ordering. Because Fatal Cyclewear offers both permanent products and limited releases, return and exchange eligibility depends on the type of item purchased.

In-Stock / Core Items

Eligible in-stock items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery.

To qualify, the item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

Size exchanges are subject to available inventory. If the requested size is unavailable, we may offer a refund or store credit.

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived defective, incorrect, or damaged due to an error by Fatal Cyclewear.

Preorder Items

Preorder products are ordered or produced based on the exact sizes and quantities selected by customers.

Because we may not carry extra inventory for preorder products, size exchanges are not guaranteed.

If you need to change your size, contact us as soon as possible. We may be able to update the order before production is finalized, but changes cannot be guaranteed once the order has been submitted to our manufacturer.

Unless the preorder is also labeled as a Limited / Final Sale item, eligible preorder products may be returned within 14 days of delivery if they are unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Limited Release Items — Final Sale

Products identified as Limited Release, Limited Edition, Drop Exclusive, or Final Sale are final sale.

These products cannot be:

  • Returned for a refund
  • Exchanged for another size
  • Exchanged for another product

Because Fatal Cyclewear produces limited-release products in restricted quantities, replacement sizes and additional stock may not be available after a drop sells out.

Please review the product description and size chart carefully before purchasing a limited-release item.

If a limited-release product is also sold as a preorder, it remains final sale once purchased unless the item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Orders

The final-sale policy does not prevent you from contacting us if there is a genuine problem with your order.

If your item arrives:

  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • In the wrong size compared with what you ordered
  • As the wrong product

contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include your order number and photos showing the issue.

If Fatal Cyclewear made an error or the product is defective, we will work with you on an appropriate replacement or refund.

Refunds

Approved refunds for eligible items will be issued to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return resulted from an error by Fatal Cyclewear.

Return Condition

Returned products must be in resellable condition.

We may reject returns showing signs of:

  • Wear
  • Washing
  • Stains
  • Odors
  • Damage
  • Alteration

How to Request a Return or Exchange

  • Your order number
  • The product purchased
  • The reason for the request
  • The requested replacement size, if applicable

We will respond with return instructions and confirm whether the item is eligible.
